The Daisies will organize ideas and implement plans to help point the couple in the right direction for a perfect wedding day. The Trimmings include developing a timeline, creating a floorplan and assisting with a seating chart. 

Most specifically involved in this package is:

*Unlimited access to a member of the design team available via email and phone

*Setup and cleanup of venue

*Organizing details to make the wedding day flow smoothly

*Providing linens and tableware if needed

 

Additional services include:                                                

• providing 2 to 3 consultants

• providing 2, one and a half hours of in-person consultations with one occurring  60-30 days before the wedding day

• coordinating 1.5 hours of rehearsal 

• coordinating 8 hours of wedding day coordination

• communicating with vendors to confirm details

• directing wedding ceremony

• designing a timeline and floorplan

• assisting with a seating chart

• setup and clean up of venue and bride’s decor

• providing table linens for 100 guests (extra charge for over 100 guest)

• serving as liaison between the vendors and wedding party on the day of the event 

• providing vendor recommendations 

• visiting the venues for a walk through

• making sure vendors cleanup and leave the venue as expected

• break down and load out will begin no later than 10pm

      Starting at $4500 

(Based on 100 guests with an additional $100 charge for every 25 guests and extra for travel expenses if travel to the venue is over 50 miles.
